On Demand Loading Error
To restore On Demand on your Humax box, please check that your internet connection is working properly (you can do this by connecting to the internet on another device).
If your internet is working, switch off your box and unplug it from the wall socket, wait 5 seconds, and then plug it back in.
Finally, turn on your set-top box and wait for a minute or two, then try On Demand again. This should solve the problem, but if you're still having issues, please get in touch.
