I'm having trouble connecting to wireless network
This may be an issue with your wireless network itself, so we recommend you first check that any other devices connected to the same wireless network network are not facing the same issue.
If they are, then it is best to contact your internet service provider. If the wireless network appears to be working correctly on other devices, we recommend you restart your Freesat box. This can be done by holding down the power button for 5 seconds.
If your box still doesn't connect to your wifi network after a restart, try connecting to the internet using an Ethernet cable (not supplied).
