On the 29th and 30th of June some broadcasters are making changes to their family of channels and Forces TV will no longer be available on Freesat.
You will see the following changes updated automatically to your Freesat device.

BBC iPlayer/Humax Error Update
11:54AM - April 8th, 2022
Some customers with Freesat Humax boxes may be experiencing problems watching TV via the BBC iPlayer on demand app. The issue affects only Freesat Humax boxes with the following model numbers: HDR1100S, HDR1010S, HDR1000s, HB1100S, and HB1000S.
Customers affected by this issue will see an error message displayed with error code 02001 when trying to watch via the BBC iPlayer app. Our teams are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. In the interim, you can check the BBC iPlayer website for the latest status update on this matter.
ITV Regional SD channel closures
9:30AM - April 13th, 2021
From Tuesday April 13th, households with an SD-only satellite set-top box will still receive ITV in the usual way, but viewers in some regions may benefit from upgrading to a High Definition (HD) box to continue to see the more local channel service for their region. Court TV launch
9:30AM - November 30th, 2020
As of Monday 30th November you can now watch Court TV on Freesat on channel 177. You can enjoy the ‘biggest and most important US court trials’ from start to finish on the new Court TV channel. You should not need to do anything to receive this channel, however you may need to complete a channel scan.
BBC Sounds launch
11:30AM - November 23rd, 2020
We are delighted to announce the launch of BBC Sounds on our new 4K TV boxes on Monday the 23rd of November. BBC Sounds can be found via the OnDemand menu, you shouldn't have to do anything to get access to the app. BBC Sounds FAQs are available on the BBC website.
Removal of BBC News and BBC Sport apps
10:30AM - November 16th, 2020
From Monday 16th November the BBC News and BBC Sports apps will no longer be available on Connected TV. You will still be able to keep up with all the latest highlights and stories by heading to BBC iPlayer. The BBC website has more information available.
ITV Regional channel changes
11:45AM - October 22nd, 2020
From Tuesday 20th October the vast majority of ITV regions and sub-regions will be available on satellite and cable in high definition (HD) for the first time. These channel changes will also bring an end to some viewers getting a different regional news service in their 'home' region. The addition of these HD channels will see the closure of some of ITV's +1 and SD regions. See our full list of ITV regional channel changes.

Issue with failed recordings on some Freesat boxes

YouTube loading error on Humax set-top boxes

We are happy to confirm that the issue impacting some of our Humax customers when accessing the YouTube app has now been resolved. You should be able to access the YouTube app as normal.
Playback issue with BBC applications on Humax set-top boxes
10:15AM - October 16th, 2020
We are please to confirm that Humax have been able to provide a fix to restore service to BBC applications (including iPlayer, News & Sport). You should now be able to access these services on Humax devices as normal.
