1. 92% satisfaction: Based on an online YouGov Plc survey, when Freesat customers were asked “Overall, how satisfied or dissatisfied are you with Freesat as a TV provider”, 92% of respondents (based on a 12 month rolling average up to October 2020, calculated by Freesat) responded either “very satisfied” or “fairly satisfied”. October 2019 and November 2019 figures have been interpolated by Freesat using September 2019 and December 2019 data. Freesat calculated January 2020, May 2020 and July 2020 figures by taking an average of the months they fall between.
