My box is not turning on
The first thing to check is that the power unit is working properly.
To do this on our new Set Top Boxes look at the plug. It has a light indicator to let you know if power is going through the unit or not. If the light is on, then there is power so try unplugging it from the wall socket and from the box and leaving it for 5 minutes before trying again.
If no light is on, then the power unit isn’t working so may need replacing. If this is the case, the best thing to do is to call our Contact Centre [link to contact us page]
