I can’t find the channel I am looking for
Whilst unusual, there are a couple of potential reasons for this that are listed below:
1 – It may be that the channel may not be available on the platform.

If you are looking for a specific channel, the best way to find out about new channel and content launches is to sign up for our newsletters, which you can do in the bottom right of our website.
2 – It could be that your signal has dropped.
In this instance, check that the cables haven’t come loose from the back of the box.
If they haven’t, then run a Signal Test by going to Settings > System Information > Signal Strength.
If the signal is good, then try redoing a channel scan.
You can do this from Settings > Freesat Channels > Channel Scan.
3 – Lastly try restarting the box, as this may resolve the issue.
