Why are my recordings missing?
If all of your recordings are now missing when you visit Home or the Recordings screen, you may be experiencing a known issue that is a result of failed or corrupt recordings.
Please check that your box has the latest software version: 5.4.1.f1_ui_1.3.3 (directions on where to find this)
In order to avoid failed recordings, please ensure that you have a strong satellite signal and leave your cables connected when the box is in standby.
If you your box has the latest software version, and your recordings are still missing then please contact the customer team for further assistance.
