My planned recording has disappeared
Once a recording has started the programme will be removed from the 'Planned' list and added to your main Recordings screen. If you’ve set to record a series only episodes airing in the next 7 days will be shown in the 'Planned’ list.
If the recording you have set isn’t showing in either the Planned or Recordings lists, then try recording the show again at another time (or a different programme) to check the function is working properly.
If problem persists, try rebooting your Box and if that doesn't work, then you should reset the Box before trying again. If the issue persists please speak to a member of our Customer Services team.
