What's on Now / Next?

Freesat’s TV Guide is the best place to find out what’s on. You can select the TV Guide from the Home menu or by pressing the TV GUIDE button on your remote control. The TV Guide shows what you can watch right now and what’s coming up next on every channel. You can scroll through the channel list using the up and down arrow buttons on your remote. When you highlight a programme, a short synopsis will appear at the top of the screen. You can see what’s on over the next seven days by scrolling to the right. If your set top box is connected to the internet you will also be able to use our backwards TV Guide.

What is Live Restart?

Live Restart is a feature that allows you to start a programme from the beginning if you’ve missed the start*. To find out which programmes have Live Restart, simply look in the TV Guide and any programme that has this feature enabled will have an icon next to it. To use it on our Set Top Boxes</a>, find the programme you are after in the TV Guide, press Select and you will then see the option to ‘Watch from Start’. You will require an internet connection for this service. *Please note that this feature is managed by the channels rather than Freesat so we cannot control which channels or programmes have them and which don't.

How do I set reminders?

You can set reminders for any programme that you don’t want to miss by highlighting the programme in the TV Guide, pressing OK and selecting Set Reminder from the menu.

If the programme is also available in HD you will be asked to choose whether you would like the reminder to be set for the programme in HD or SD.

You can review your reminders in the Reminders section of the Home Screen, by most recent or in alphabetical order.
