How do I close a Freesat Account?

The easiest way to close your account is to access it from our website. From there you will be able to close your account in a few simple steps.

You'll need to Log in to your Freesat account on our website, which you can find in the top right corner of your screen.

Once you've logged in, click on My Account visible in the top right of your screen.

Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see the option to Delete Freesat Account.
