What do I do if my digital box and / or satellite dish become faulty?
If you need help diagnosing any issues with your Freesat box or satellite dish reception please give us a call on 0345 313 0051. We're here to help Monday-Friday between 9am and 8am and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays. We can also recommend a local, Freesat-approved engineer in the event your dish needs looking at.
In the event your box has a fault that cannot be rectified, you'll need to get in touch with the retailer you purchased it from.
