Problems connecting to Wifi
If you have any issues connecting to Wifi check that your internet is working by using it on another device such as a smartphone, tablet or computer.
If your internet isn’t working on any other devices and your Box is connected wirelessly, then try resetting your router, or turn it off and on again.
If this doesn’t solve the problem, then you will need to get in touch with your internet service provider for further assistance.
If your internet is working correctly but you are still having issues connecting your Box, then try restarting or rebooting the Box. And if this doesn’t work, then try connecting to the internet using an Ethernet cable (not supplied).
