I have wideband LNB but cannot record 4 channels at the same time
This issue is usually caused by a loose cable, so try reconnecting them and ensuring they are tightly screwed in, then reboot the box.
If the issue persists, then you can check what LNB you have by looking in the System Information menu in Settings. Go to the Signal Strength menu and next to ‘Type’ your LNB information is displayed.
Please note that if you want to record 4 things at the same time, you are not able to be watching a 5th programme at the same time. For more information, check the Recordable 4K TV Box manual here.
