The App isn’t working. What can I do?
If you are having stability issues with the App, try the following steps to try and fix it:
- Check your smartphone has the most up to date OS version as the App may not support older software versions.
- If that doesn’t work, uninstall the Freesat App and turn your phone off for 5 minutes. Turn the phone back on and download and install the Freesat App again. You’ll need to log in again to use it.
This should resolve any issues.
Please note: Some customers with iOS devices have been unable to pair their 4K TV Box to the App. This issue is currently under investigation and will be resolved as soon as possible.
