I’m having trouble connecting to On-Demand Content

If you are experiencing issues connecting to On Demand services on your Freesat box there are a few steps you can take to try and resolve it.

  1. Unplug one of the RF cables. (if you only have 1RF cable move to the next step)
  2. Carry out a Freesat Channel Scan and power the box off and on again. Check channel 999 (If not able to get channel, then this would point to a signal issue being the problem). If On Demand continues to fail to load, proceed to step
  3. Unplug the connected RF cable and replace it with the other one.
  4. Carry out a Freesat Channel Scan and power the box off and on again. Check channel 999. (If channel 999 is only available through one cable, there is a fault in their satellite dish installation.) If On Demand continues to fail to load, proceed to step
  5. Carry out a Factory Reset and skip the internet setup step (have the ethernet cable unplugged during setup); once channel logos appear in the TV Guide menu, set up the internet connection and access On Demand. Try turning the box off and on again if On Demand is still not available.”
