If your box is still under warranty and the fault is confirmed, we’ll arrange a free exchange or return for you. You can find full details in our Exchange policy. Original proof of purchase will be required. Please visit out Product Warranty page for full details.
Returning your box
Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a Royal Mail returns label. If you don’t have a printer, you can show the label and QR code on your mobile or tablet at the Post Office.
If you’re unable to visit the Post Office, just let our team know. We can arrange a free collection service, so you can return your box safely and conveniently from home.
