Win a Live WWE Experience for Two in London Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
By entering the prize draw (“Prize Draw”), you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree that you will be bound by them.
1. The Promoter
1.1 The promoter is: Everyone TV Limited (“Freesat”) with its registered office at Triptych Bankside, 6th Floor, 185 Park Street, London, SE1 9SH
1.2 The prize is managed and fulfilled by Cloud Nine Incentives Limited (“Cloud Nine”), with its registered office at Np-105, Icentre Howard Way, Newport Pagnelll, Milton Keynes, England, MK16 9PY.
2. The Giveaway
2.1 The title of the giveaway is “Freesat x Blaze Dec 2025 Competition, Win a Live WWE Experience for Two in London”.
2.2 The giveaway provides the chance for one person to win the “Prize Package”, which includes two (2) Standard tickets to the WWE live Royal Road to Rumble event at Wembley Stadium, London on 16 January 2026. The Prize Package is valued at £1,815 and includes priority access, up to £150 return transfer allowance and an overnight accommodation on the night of the event - 16 January 2026 - within a 1.5 mile radius of the event venue with breakfast.
3. How to Enter
3.1 The giveaway will run from 15:30pm on 10/12/2025 (the “Opening Date”) to 11:59am on 15/12/2025 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
3.2 All giveaway entries must be received by Freesat by no later than 11:59am on the Closing Date. All giveaway entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3.3 To enter the giveaway, you must see the giveaway post on the Freesat Facebook page and do all the following:
3.3.1. Like the giveaway post,
3.3.2. Follow Freesat’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/freesat/) if you don’t already!
3.3.3. Tag one friend you’d like to take with you if you win!
3.4 You need to follow all the above steps for a successful entry. Multiple entries are permitted.
3.5 All complete giveaway entries will be entered into a pool and one (1) winner will be chosen at random by Freesat. The winner selected will win a Prize Package, consisting of two (2x) Standard tickets to the WWE live Royal Road to Rumble event at Wembley Stadium, London in January 2026. Each ticket includes priority access through the OVO VIP entrance, 1 food item and drink, and premium lounge access for 30 minutes before doors open and up to 1 hour post show. The Prize package also includes up to £150 return transfer allowance and an overnight accommodation on 16 January 2026 within a 1.5 mile radius of the event venue based on sharing a double/twin room with breakfast included.
3.6 No purchase necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the Instagram website.
3.7 Freesat will not accept:
3.7.2. responsibility for giveaway entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, but not limited to, as a result of equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
3.7.1. proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the giveaway.
3.8 By submitting a giveaway entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Eligibility
4.1 The giveaway is open to all residents in the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) aged twenty-one (21) and over.
4.2 Notwithstanding Condition 4.1, the giveaway is not open to:
4.2.1. employees of Freesat or its holding or subsidiary companies;
4.2.2. employees of agents or suppliers of Freesat or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the giveaway or its administration; or
4.2.3. members of the immediate families or households of 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 above.
4.3 In entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Freesat may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the giveaway.
4.4 Freesat will not accept giveaway entries that are automatically generated by a computer, completed by third parties or in bulk.
4.5 Freesat reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize giveaway.
5. The Prize
5.1 The prize includes:
- two (2x) Standard tickets to the WWE live Royal Road to Rumble event at Wembley Stadium, London in January 2026;
- priority access through the OVO VIP entrance;
- Each ticket includes one (1) food item and drink, and premium lounge access for 30 minutes before doors open and up to 1 hour post show;
- up to £150 return transfer allowance; and
- an overnight accommodation on 16 January 2026 within a 1.5 mile radius of the event venue based on sharing a double/twin room with breakfast included,
together the “Prize Package”.
5.2 The Prize Package offered is for two (2) adults, both of which must be aged 21 or over.
5.3 Freesat reserves the right to substitute the prizes with alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
5.4 The prizes are not negotiable or transferable or exchangeable. The prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other special offer. There is no cash alternative or refund for any unused portions of the prize.
5.5 The overnight stay must be on the night of the event – 16 January 2026.
5.6 All dates and locations are subject to availability.
5.7 In the event of cancellation, the winner or any other participant will not be entitled to claim any refund or replacement prize
5.8 All bookings must be made in advance of travelling. All bookings must be made through Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd, Market House, Silver End, Olney, Bucks, MK46 4AL. ABTA no. L9097 and ATOL no. 10626. www.uponcloudnine.co.uk. All Cloud Nine communication is included in English only.
5.9 Any amendments made by the winner after the booking is confirmed will be subject to administration charges, some changes may not be possible.
5.10 All other costs and expenses in taking up the prize not set out in the stated prize description will be at the winners expense, these include but are not limited to additional transfers, meals, drinks and gratuities.
5.11 Should the winner wish to add additional items to the prize (extra nights, additional guests etc.) then winners may do so at an extra cost. Cloud Nine will advise the cost prior to booking: Cloud Nine will not enter into any discussions about cost comparison or rates sourced elsewhere.
5.12 It is the winners responsibility to advise Cloud Nine of any circumstance that may prevent them from participating in any element of the prize, including but not limited to dietary requirements, medical conditions or personal circumstance.
5.13 Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking part in the prize. The promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or guests from participation in the prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the promoter, airline or any company associated with the prize, or, if the any party act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes disturbance or nuisance to others.
5.14 Prizes may be subject to further terms and conditions of Cloud Nine’s supplier, a copy of these is available to the winner upon request.
6. The Winner
6.1 The decision of Freesat is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2 Freesat will contact the winner personally via Freesat’s Facebook page no more than two (2) days after the Closing Date. At this point Freesat will require the winner’s email address for further correspondence regarding delivering the prize and the winner’s county in order to comply with the obligation below.
6.3 Freesat must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Freesat will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails Press@everyonetv.co.uk or messages the Freesat Facebook page.
6.4 By submitting a giveaway entry, you are agreeing to the use and publication of your surname and county in the manner described in 6.3 above.
6.5 If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please email Freesat at Press@everyonetv.co.uk prior to the Closing Date. In such circumstances, Freesat must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7. Claiming the Prize
7.1 Please allow two (2) week s for delivery of the prize.
7.2 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.3 Freesat will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed the prize within one (1) day of being contacted by Freesat, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected at random from the successful entries received before the Closing Date.
7.4 Freesat does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize or you provide incorrect address details for delivery of the prize.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, Freesat, its agents or distributors (including Cloud Nine) will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8.2 Cloud Nine Incentives Limited accepts no responsibility for any events beyond its reasonable control including the withdrawal of, or amendment to, any hotels, tours, flights, events or retail items. Cloud Nine Incentives Limited will use its reasonable endeavours to supply suitable alternatives in such circumstances. No refund will be offered.
9. Data Protection and Publicity
9.1 Freesat will only process your personal information as set out in the Freesat Privacy Notice. See also Condition 6.3, Condition 6.4 and Condition 6.5, with regard to the announcement of winner
9.2 Prizes are fulfilled by Cloud Nine Incentives (company no. 07342147), information about the prize provider can be found by visiting www.uponcloudnine.co.uk.
9.3 Freesat will share the winner’s personal information (name, and contact details) with Cloud 9 to fulfil the prize.
9.4 Any personal data submitted by Participants to Cloud Nine will be treated in accordance with Cloud Nine’s privacy policy. Their privacy policy can be found here https://www.uponcloudnine.co.uk/privacy.html, ICO no. ZA089412.
10. General
10.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, and/or Meta Platform Terms of Use, Freesat may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the giveaway.
10.2 Freesat reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so.
10.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of, England and Wales.
10.4 If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these terms and conditions (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
