Can I return my product without a proof of purchase?
We do require a valid proof of purchase to allow you to return your box. If you purchased your box from Freesat then a receipt and invoice will have been sent to the email address that you used when you placed your order.
It may be worth checking your junk email or spam folder in case your proof of purchase emails have been redirected there.
