If you're using a Wideband LNB (WLNB) setup and can't record four channels at once, it may be due to loose or misconnected cables. We recommend you try reconnecting the satellite cables, ensuring they are tightly screwed in, then reboot your box. This should clear the issue.
Try the following steps:
- Check your satellite cables — Power off your device and then make sure the cables are securely screwed in.
- Reboot your Freesat box — this often resolves temporary connection issues.
These steps usually fix the problem if it's caused by a physical connection issue.
Important to note:
If you're recording four programmes at the same time, you won’t be able to watch a fifth live channel. This is a limitation of the recording setup.
