If your Series Link isn’t working as expected, here are a few things to check:
Make sure Series Link is set up
- Go to Planned Recordings to view your scheduled recordings.
- Check that the programme is listed with the Series Link icon.
Check broadcaster information
Sometimes, broadcasters provide information for the programme as part of a series. When this happens, your box may treat each episode as a separate recording.
What you can do
- Use an On Demand player to catch up on missed episodes.
- Or, record each episode manually to make sure you don’t miss anything.
