Series Link isn’t working, what should I do?

If your Series Link isn’t working as expected, here are a few things to check:

Make sure Series Link is set up

  1. Go to Planned Recordings to view your scheduled recordings.
  2. Check that the programme is listed with the Series Link icon.

Check broadcaster information

Sometimes, broadcasters provide information for the programme as part of a series. When this happens, your box may treat each episode as a separate recording.

What you can do

  • Use an On Demand player to catch up on missed episodes.
  • Or, record each episode manually to make sure you don’t miss anything.
