I'm having trouble connecting to a wireless network

If your Freesat Box isn’t connecting to Wi-Fi, the issue may be with your wireless network. Here are a few steps to help you get back online:

1. Check your network

  • Start by checking if other devices (like your phone or laptop) are also having trouble connecting to the same Wi-Fi network. If they are, the issue is likely with your internet connection. In that case, it’s best to contact your internet service provider.

2. Restart your Freesat Box

  • If your Wi-Fi is working fine on other devices, try restarting your box.
  • Press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds to reboot.

3. Try a wired connection

  • If restarting doesn’t help, try connecting your box to the internet using an Ethernet cable (not supplied). This can offer a more stable connection, especially if your Wi-Fi signal is weak.
