I’m having a problem accessing On Demand players

If you’re having trouble connecting to On Demand players on your Freesat box, there are a few simple checks you can try before getting in touch for help.

Try the following:

  1. Check your internet connection – Make sure your box is connected to the internet.
  2. If you’re using Wi-Fi, try switching to a wired connection with an Ethernet cable (not supplied) to see if this improves stability.
  3. If your connection seems fine, restart your box: Press and hold the Power button on your box for 5 seconds.
