My planned recording has disappeared

If a scheduled recording seems to have vanished, here’s what might be happening:

It’s already been recorded

  • Once a programme has been recorded, it’s removed from the Planned list.
  • You’ll find it in your main Recordings section.
  • If you’ve set a Series Link, only episodes airing within the next seven days will appear in the Planned filter.

If the recording isn’t visible anywhere:

  1. Try scheduling the recording again, or test by recording a different programme to check the feature is working.
  2. If the issue continues, reboot your Freesat box by pressing and holding the Power button for five seconds.
