You can’t record programmes using the Freesat mobile app, but you can use it to find On-Demand content available to download and watch offline.
How do I download content?
Tap On Demand in the menu at the bottom of the app to browse available programmes. When you select a programme, you’ll be taken to the broadcaster’s own player app to download it. Downloads happen through the player app, not the Freesat app.
Going abroad?
If you're outside the UK, you won’t be able to stream or download content over the internet. So, if you're heading away, make sure to download anything you want to watch before you travel, that way, you can enjoy it offline while you're abroad.
