The Freesat TV Guide gives you access to all channels, shows you what’s on now, and lets you look ahead up to seven days to see what’s coming up.
If you have a Freesat 4K Recordable Box, you can also use the Backwards TV Guide to scroll back through the past seven days. In many cases, you can even watch programmes you’ve missed.
Finding the TV Guide
- Select TV Guide from the Home screen.
- When the guide opens, you’ll see what’s on now. You can scroll forward to see what’s coming up, or backwards to see what you’ve missed.
- You can also access the TV Guide on the Freesat website.
Using the TV Guide
- Use the arrow keys on your remote to move through the guide. These are usually labelled up, down, left and right.
- Scroll through channels and time slots to see what’s airing now and what’s scheduled later.
Viewing programme info
- Highlight a show using the arrow keys and press OK.
- You’ll see details about the programme, including any accessibility features.
- If you have a recordable box, you’ll also see the option to record.
- Press OK again to watch the programme live.
Leaving the TV Guide
To exit and return to live TV, press the Exit or Back button on your remote.
