If your Freesat box isn’t powering on, don’t worry, here are a few simple checks to help get things working again.
Step 1: Check the power connection
Our 4K TV Box has a light indicator that shows what mode the box is in. If there’s no light showing, it could mean the power adapter isn’t connected properly.
- Make sure the power adapter is plugged into the wall and the socket is switched on.
Step 2: Using a Humax box?
If you’re using a Humax model and still see no light, the power unit may no longer be working and could need replacing.
Step 3: Still not working?
If everything is connected correctly and your box still won’t turn on, there may be another issue. Please contact us and we’ll help you resolve it as quickly as possible.
