All our refurbished products are in excellent condition, almost identical to what you would expect from a brand new product from Freesat.

Our set top boxes are refurbished to a Grade A standard, meaning that they are functionally like new. Cosmetically, there may be some minor scratches but these should be minimal, barely perceptible and will not have any impact on the box’s performance. The product has been re-packaged with the latest versions of our Quick Start Guide and Freesat-original accessories (such as remote control).

What is a refurbished product?

A refurbished Freesat 4K TV Box was a pre-owned or returned order. However, it has gone through a rigorous testing process as our brand new devices do, so any faulty part found is repaired or replaced. They still come with the same 1 year warranty.

How many hours of recordings can I store?

Depending on which Recordable Freesat 4K TV Box you choose, you can store between 250 (SD) and 1,000 (SD) hours of SD programming on your set top box!

What if my refurbished product develops a fault?

We will offer you either an exchange or refund if you inform us of a fault with the product within 30 days of the date of delivery. Please note that if you have purchased a refurbished or “graded” product through the Freesat Webstore and a fault with the product has been drawn to your attention in the description in the product page listing, then, unless your product suffers a different fault, you will (i) not be able to return the product as faulty on the grounds of the pre-disclosed fault; and (ii) you will need to return the product in accordance with the terms of clause 9 if you decide you do not want the product.
