We’re excited to announce that our new software update, 5.3.p4_ui_1.2.4, is now available and will be automatically installed on Freesat 4K TV Boxes.

Home Screen update for effortless content discovery
Our reimagined Editorial recommendations service, Showcase, makes finding the day’s top picks even easier by featuring them on the home screen so they’re ready to watch as soon as you turn on your Freesat 4K TV Box.
Enhanced connected search
The connected Search function makes it easy to find the shows you love.
You can find a programme by selecting Search from the Home menu, or by pressing the ‘search’ button on your remote control.
Simply type the first two letters of a show’s title using the on-screen keyboard or the buttons on your remote control to see a list of options. If you can’t see the programme you’re looking for, keep typing and with each letter the list will update with matching items.
