16th September 2025 - Freesat Update

A brand-new update has been released for Freesat customers with a Freesat Recordable 4K TV Box or a Freesat 4K TV Box, this update will install on devices automatically. Some of the enhancements include:

TV Guide Update

We’ve made a few improvements to enhance your viewing experience:

• The TV Guide now loads faster than ever.
• You’ll notice a refreshed start-up message when switching on from standby.
• Plus, we’ve included some minor fixes, tweaks, and general maintenance.

Tips & Tricks

• Want to personalise your TV Guide? Press the LIST button on your remote to access options like increasing the text size.
• Lost in the guide? Just press the GUIDE button to jump back to ‘On Now’.
• Prefer a simpler look? Go to Settings (the cog icon), select ‘High Contrast Mode’ under Accessibility & Language and don’t forget to Save & Close!
