I can't find the channel I am looking for.


There are a couple of potential reasons for this:

1. The channel may not be available on the platform. For the latest list of channels on Freesat, go to our website and view the Channels page. If you can't find the specific channel you were looking for, the best way to find out when or if it will be launching on Freesat is to sign up for our newsletters, which you can do at the bottom if this page.

2. The signal may have dropped.  In this instance, check that the cables haven’t come loose from the back of your box. If they haven’t, then run a Signal Test by going to:

  • Settings
  • System Information
  • Signal Strength

If the signal is good, try completing a channel scan. You can do this in:

  • Settings
  • Freesat Channels
  • Channel Scan

3. There may be a technical issue so try rebooting your box from:

  • Settings
  • System settings
  • Box reset
  • Reboot box.
